As promised, I’ll be reviewing everything in my Althea box one by one.
First is Petitfee’s Gold and EGF Eye and Spot Patch
This is my first time trying a Petitfee product. In fact, it’s the first time I ever heard of it 😀
I’m a huge fan of eye products nowadays, mainly because of the small lines that are starting to appear under my eyes. I’m already turning 31 this year so this is just normal, but I still wanna do everything that I can to delay aging without having to go under the knife.
The package comes in a jar enclosed inside a box. The product is heavier than it looks, because the jar is made up of thick plastic. I’m sure I will be recycling the jar afterwards!
It also comes with a little plastic spatula so you can pick up the patches.
There’s also a seal once you open it the first time, because of the serum that keeps the gel patches moist.
The jar contains 20 pairs of eye patches, and 20 spot patches, for a total of 60 pieces all together. As I said, they’re soaked in a serum-like liquid, and they smell a bit flowery. They’re also gold in color, if that is not yet obvious XDD
It’s easier to use than other patches, and I think that the shape is calculated meticulously in order to maximize the size. Like I said, I’m a big fan of eye products! I’ve been buying the collagen eye patches available at Watson’s for 130 pesos for 3 pairs. I got this jar for only 460 pesos at Althea for 20 pairs, plus 20 additional spot patches. It’s already a steal for 460! It’s like I’m only paying 7.66 pesos per patch! Totally worth the money!
It says I have to leave it there for around 30 minutes. Thirty minutes is already over and after removing the patches, the skin under my eyes feel soft and smooth! As for the small lines, of course, they don’t disappear overnight!
I totally recommend this product to anyone who likes eye patches, or eye creams for that matter. Totally worth the splurge!
